How do I connect my social accounts?
To connect your social profiles, navigate to "Accounts" and choose "Connect Account." Here are the available options:
- Facebook: Page or Group
- Twitter: Profile
- LinkedIn: Profile or Page
- Pinterest: Board
- Instagram: Profile or Business Profile
- YouTube: Channel
- Tumblr: Blog
- Google Business Profile: Locations
- TikTok: Profile
Upon clicking "Connect," simply authorize the connection to grant access.
How do I set up my publishing schedules?
Set your posting schedule:
- Go to Accounts and select Manage Accounts.
- Choose the social account you want to schedule posts for.
- Define your desired time slots.
That's it! Your posting schedule is ready.
How do I create my first post?
- Navigate to Posts and click Create Post.
- Add your content and link (preview will appear).
- For image post:
- Click an image from the preview (up to 4 images).
- OR upload your own image from various sources.
- Choose how to schedule:
- Add to Queue: Follows your established schedule.
- Share Now: Posts immediately.
- Share Next: Schedules for next available slot.
- Schedule Post: Picks a specific date & time.
- Repeat Post: Schedules for repeated posting (specify times, dates, and frequency).
This makes creating and scheduling your social media content a breeze!
How do I download analytics reports?
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Navigate to the Analytics section on the side panel.
- Choose your desired social media platform.
- Click Download PDF Report (top right) to save your insights.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Unsubscribing will cancel your Procasa Social account and access to all features. You can cancel any time, and your subscription will end at the end of your billing cycle.
